Fall BACK into Fitness Challenge

A new season is upon us and sometimes that gives us a little motivation to make some changes. Maybe we want to redecorate our homes, visit a place we've never been, start a new hobby, or get serious about some lifestyle changes.

If a lifestyle change is on your mind, then I have a fun invitation for you! Next week, starting on Monday, Sept.23rd my next health and fitness accountability group begins. This will be a 30 day group, ending on October 22nd. Think of it as a 30 day jump start to new healthy habits. During this time, there will be daily and weekly challenges to keep you (and ME) motivated. We will focus on fitness, nutrition, and hydration. There will also be giveaways!

What you will need:

* A Beachbody fitness program of choice (must have me as your coach to participate)

* The Tracker app for logging in

* A positive attitude :)

* A willingness to make healthy lifestyle changes
